Following good performance in September, the company set a new record for calcium carbide production in October 2011.
It surged to more than 5,100 tons, 90 tons beyond the initial plan, and its products passed quality examination. The company sold nearly 6,000 tons of calcium carbide in the same month, which also set a new record.
